Return Policy
Criteria to return an item:
Products can be returned if they are faulty, not fit for their intended purpose or do not match the sample or description. The return must be logged within 60 days of item being delivered and the item should be returned in its original packaging and not having been used.
The Returns Procedure:
If you need to return your Zvitang product, please email our team at info@zvitang.com and we'll be happy to help you. Please state the reason for the return.
Once your return has been logged you will receive an email from us within 24 hours.
When a product has been accepted for return, please ensure that the item(s) are packed in the packaging they were received in, or that they are easily identifiable with the inclusion of the order number associated to that item.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
Please ensure that you contact us before returning the product(s).
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned product were not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund.
A refund can take up to 7 business days to reflect on your statement depending on the refund method and banking institution. For more information, we recommend to contact your credit card provider.

Defective products can be returned up to 3 months of delivery date by contacting us on info@zvitang.com.
- A “Defective Product” is one which contains a material imperfection in the manufacture or design that renders the product less acceptable, useful or safe than reasonably expected, under the circumstances. A product is in a defective condition if it is dangerous to the user or to consumer, when used in the prescribed way and/or for the purpose for which it was manufactured or designed.
- The product must be defective in itself (due to manufacture or design fault) and not damaged due to inappropriate use.
- When returning a product after the 14 day standard returns period, a customer must provide full reasons for alleging that the product is defective, including stating how the product was utilised during the period that it was in the customer’s possession.
