Exchange Policy
WE ARE ALWAYS HERE TO HELP.
We are happy to accommodate returns and exchanges within 60 days after product delivery on products that have not been used, worn, or tampered with.
To initiate an exchange, please email our team at info@zvitang.com with your order number and the product you'd like to exchange to, and we'll be happy to help.
Here are some FAQ in regards to our exchange policy:
- CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. We are happy to accept your product as long as you initiate the process within 10 days of receiving the product.
- WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE PERIOD?
We will provide an exchange on untampered and unused products as long as its logged within 10 days of the date that you receive product.
- DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY EXCHANGE?
Yes, you are responsible for all exchange shipping costs. We recommend that you send your set back with a tracking option, because Zvitang will not be responsible for lost packages.
- HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY Zvitang Product FOR THE another style or for a different color variation?
In order to initiate an exchange, please e-mail info@zvitang.com with your order number and the reasons for the exchange. Please add pictures of the product.
If you have any feedback as to why you are returning your set - we'd love to hear it! Customer feedback is what helps our company learn and grow.
- MAY I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU?
You must contact us prior to sending your exchange, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Please note that exchanges for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.
- WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?
We will send you the new product after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned product was not used or tempered with.
All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information of the set being returned, in order for us to place the order for your exchange.
Please allow for 7-20 business days for you to receive your replacement after we have confirmed that the returned product has not been tempered with.
